Food and Gifts and Ice Cream, Oh My!

A trip to Fair Oaks Farms is not complete without spending a little time wandering through the Cheese Factory. A high tech facility with a down-home feel, our ice cream parlor, gift shop and cafe overlook our cheese-making and milk-bottling facilities, so you can have a sneak-peak at how some of our delicious products are made!

Overwhelmed by all the cool activities in the Cheese Factory? Here's how we recommend you do it: order a grilled cheese sandwich and a chocolate milk at the cafe, then have a seat at one of the windows overlooking the cheese-making area. While you're waiting for your sandwich, you can watch curds being made…  Mmmm, curds...

After you eat, grab some tasty goodness at the ice cream counter - this is the only place in the world you can get it! Once you're properly fed and happy, have a stroll through the gift shop to find cool Fair Oaks Farms souvenirs for yourself and others and swing by the cheese counter to sample and buy some award-winning cheese.
