Orchard/Grounds/Garden Manager
Looking for an experienced Orchard/Grounds/Garden Manager to join the team at Fair Oaks Farms, Indiana’s largest Agro-tourism destination. We're looking for driven individuals who are willing to work hard, bring ideas to the table, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
This position requires knowledge of management and care of orchard crops, gardening and event field maintanence. This person must be self motavated and have the ability to work alone and manage small groups. Must be able to handle multiple projects, while meeting deadlines. An AA or BS degree in Horticulture or closely related field is preferred. At least five years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required. High School Diploma or GED required.Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a diverse community and adapt to changing situations.
